Hematite Pin by Skyejcb Hematite Pin by Skyejcb
Circa 1989 - Ah, high school. Do they even allow students to wield blow torches, pickling chemicals, and pointy jewelry tools in school any more?

Nickel silver, oxidized copper, and a hematite bezel. Pin findings soldered on the back, though I've never found it to make a very successful pin. It's a neat little sculpture, however.

It's amazing what youngsters like me were capable of doing back in the 80's.
